CSR（企業の社会的責任）基本方針 CSR Policy

私たちは、事業活動を通じて社会的課題の解決に貢献し、地域社会やお客様、取引先、従業員をはじめとするすべてのステークホルダーから信頼される企業を目指します。 We aim to be a company trusted by all stakeholders—including local communities, customers, business partners, and employees—by contributing to the resolution of social issues through our business activities.

人権方針 Human Rights Policy

中村電機工業株式会社（以下「当社」）は、事業活動に関わるすべての人々の人権を尊重することを企業としての重要な責務と認識しています。国連「ビジネスと人権に関する指導原則」に基づき、人権尊重の責任を果たすことを宣言します。 Nakamura Electric Industry Co., Ltd. recognizes that respecting the human rights of all individuals involved in its business activities is a fundamental corporate responsibility. Based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Company commits to respecting human rights.

2. 適用範囲 2. Scope

本方針は、当社のすべての役員および従業員に適用されます。また、サプライヤーおよびビジネスパートナーにも本方針への理解と支持を求めます。 This policy applies to all officers and employees of the Company. We also expect our suppliers and business partners to support this policy.

  • 「マイカーのエアコン故障の原因が私の設計、製造した製品だったら、どうする？」私たちは生産者であるとともに、ユーザーであることを常に意識し品質確保に取り組む。 "What if my car's air conditioner fails because of a component I designed or manufactured?" We always keep a user's perspective while ensuring product quality.
  • 当社は利害関係者のニーズと期待を受けて当社のリスク、機会を明確にすることによって、顧客要求事項及び法的要求事項に応えるよう常に高い品質の製品の提供を行う。 We identify risks and opportunities based on stakeholder expectations to provide high-quality products complying with customer and legal requirements.
  • 品質マネジメントシステムの継続的改善を常に心がけ、社会に貢献する。 We continuously improve our Quality Management System to contribute to society.
  • 当社は品質目標を設定し、その目標を全員に周知して、達成に努める。 We establish quality objectives, communicate them to all employees, and strive for accomplishment.

環境方針 Environmental Policy

中村電機工業㈱は、名流木曽川と史跡犬山城のある風光明媚な町 犬山市にあります。当社は、自動車部品・付属品及びその他各種抵抗器メーカーとして、企業活動を行う中で、環境課題に積極的かつ継続的に取り組み、自然との共生と環境の保全を重視し、社会に貢献します。 Nakamura Electric Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Inuyama City, a scenic town home to the Kiso River and national treasure Inuyama Castle. As a manufacturer of automotive parts and resistors, we promote environmental conservation and harmony with nature.

情報セキュリティ基本方針 Information Security Policy

お客様および当社の情報資産をあらゆる脅威から保護するため、厳格な管理体制を構築し、情報の安全管理・漏洩防止を徹底します。 To protect customer and corporate information assets from all threats, we establish strict management systems to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access or leaks.

  • 当社は、お客様およびお取引先様の情報資産を重要な経営資源と認識し、情報漏えい、不正アクセス、サイバー攻撃等の脅威から保護するため、情報セキュリティ基本方針を定めています。

    また、社内規程の整備、従業員教育、アクセス権管理、マルウェア対策、データバックアップ等の継続的なセキュリティ対策を実施し、安全で信頼性の高い事業運営に努めています。

    今後も情報セキュリティ管理体制の維持・向上に取り組み、お客様およびお取引先様から信頼される企業を目指します。     We recognize the information assets of our customers and business partners as critical business resources, and have established this Information Security Policy to protect them against information leaks, unauthorized access, cyberattacks, and other threats.

    Furthermore, we strive for safe and highly reliable business operations by implementing ongoing security measures, including the development of internal regulations, employee training, access control, anti-malware measures, and data backups.

反社会的勢力排除に関する基本方針 Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

社会秩序や安全に脅威を与える反社会的勢力・団体とは一切の関係を遮断し、不当な要求に対しては法的措置を含めた断固とした対応をとります。 We sever all ties with anti-social forces or groups that threaten social order and safety, and take decisive legal actions against unreasonable demands.
